IrExprKind::BinOp’s own operator tag (#1189) — every bynk_syntax::ast::BinOp member that lowers into BinOp rather than its own dedicated IrExprKind variant or a desugar (see BinOp’s own doc comment for which and why). Deliberately a plain tag with no payload of its own — lhs/rhs already carry their own resolved ty, and unlike, say, StoreKindIr, no variant here needs anything beyond its own identity.
