Render the build output’s minimal package.json: "type": "module", and the adapter-declared dependencies when there are any.

#2148: the emitted modules are ES modules, and the emitted tsconfig’s module: NodeNext takes each file’s format from the nearest package.json. Declaring "type": "module" beside the output makes tsc check and build it as ES modules, under the same rules Node applies when it runs them (.js specifiers on relative imports, no CommonJS idioms).
