#1925: what name is in table’s own value namespace — its kind, as a diagnostic names it, and its declaration’s name span — or None when the unit declares no value of that name. The predicate both compositions use to let a local declaration of any kind shadow a uses-imported function or asset (project_model::compose_unit_symbols, assets::compose_unit_assets), as the emitted module does.
