#1824: whether f is the synthetic render build_unit_table registers for a messages-bearing commons. It stands in for bynk.locale’s render, and its LocaleTag/Message mean bynk.locale’s, whatever the commons itself declares under those names: the emitted bundle names the stdlib types (#1697).
